Saturday 1-10-22:
I was camped at a great spot on the beach at Mutarnee and spent the day relaxing.

Sunday 2-10-22:
Woke at strewth O'clock and noticed very faint light on the horizon, had seen smoke during the day so presume it was from fires on the island {Palm Island?} i tried opening the aperture and cranking the iso up with 30 second exposure.



Relaxed around camp today as the weather is beaut.

Monday 3-10-22:
Another day relaxing in camp, Had a very high tide this arvo so that stopped people getting in and me getting out.

Tuesday 4-10-22:
With the tide still down i headed back to the highway and turned south stopping to check some sights before driving out to Lake Proserpine to camp.

Wednesday 5-10-22:

The wind was still pretty strong and when i put the Drone up it gave a strong wind warning so i headed off to Notch Point hoping for better weather.
Nope, just as bad. Nice camp spot though, the amount of sand uncovered at low tide was immense.
It was a lot more protected down on the shore but i got good signal up on top of the hill so i camped up there.

Thursday 6-10-22:
Spent the day relaxing at Notch Point, its an awesome spot.

Friday 7-10-22:
I was up early after about 4 hrs of sleep and hit the road again travelling down to Rockhampton when i bought some stuff and drove up to Mt Archer for a look around and have some lunch.

I continued on to Calliope and made camp there above the river then fitted my new Fan to help keep me cool ... however, i actually had to wear a shirt this arvo as its starting to get quite cool as i move south.
