Teewah Beach 7-11-22

Jeff and I were talking while out at Hinze Dam playing with the drones and he suggested a trip up to Teewah Beach north of Noosa Heads so i jumped at the chance.
I headed up on Monday morning and crossed the ferry before getting the drone out for some footage before meeting Jeff on the Beach then we headed about 32.3 Kms North to Camping Zone 2 and set up camp on a nice grassy little spot.

Tuesday Morning was cloudy with some rain and spectacular action just out to sea a bit.

We headed off North to Double Island Point for a look at Page's Hut, the wind was quite Strong and Gusty for the Drones.

We headed further up the walking track to the lighthouse for a look around and Drone shots then headed back to the cars and drove around to the point but finding all the shade occupied headed back along the lagoon to a shady spot we had spotted and got the Drones out again, crshed mine for the first time trying to land on a stool but a gust pushed it off line just as it was about to land ... no damage though!

We headed back to Camp then that night managed to get a few shots of the Lunar Eclipse during some short breaks in the cloud cover.

Wednesday we headed up to the Point again for lunch [and to use the Dunnys and Internet] before heading back to camp.

Thursday we had lunch then headed for home, was a great and relaxing few days with Jeff for company.
