Coochin Creek 27-11-20

After a trip home from work to pick up a forgotten item i had dinner then with the traffic gone i headed up the highway towards the Sunshine Coast stopping in at Coochin Creek at around 10 pm. Fires are allowed, no dogs and poor phone signal.

When i arrived i found my pre booked site #2 taken, a van parked in the car space and a large gazebo set up on the grass between the sites and around 20 people having a good time.

i approached the mob but wasnt too keen on moving them and camping in the middle of what was obviously a large family gathering so after a bit of a chat with the organiser of the sites i used one of the remoter sites [#10] they had booked.
