First trip away since my retirement a week ago and i'm heading for Victoria via the Waterfall Way starting at Grafton.
The old Double Decker Bridge now has a new bridge beside it but its still used by cars and trains.
This is the old turntable just to the south of the bridge.
I dropped into Ebor Falls and drove to the lower falls lookout to find bushfires had destroyed the lookout platforms, It had been quite a while so there is plenty of tracks to get to the lookout points though.
there was a small waterfall running beside the valley view lookout.
I headed up to Cathederal Rock National Park and camped at Barokee Campground.
Not much room between the road and the new bollards to park your car beside your campsite even when I parked real close to the bollards.
I had to turn around and reverse in close to the bollards so i could open the canopy door.
The road is not used very often going by the tree growing through the bitumen.
By the time i got to the top both knees were buggered so i didnt bother trying to scramble around the fence line for the views.
I headed back to the car and hit the road again.
