We decided to head back to Munurra Camp Ground again and found a spot close to the water beside an open rocky area.
I chucked all the wood off the roofrack while Jeff stopped to pay his camping fee then I drove over to visit the waterfall just downstream before coming back and paying the camp fee then jumping in the waterhole just behind our site.
While I was away a couple of girls in a 76 wagon drove through our site and set up camp between us and the water …damned nerve of them camping basically in our campsite ... I just parked in my spot and blocked them in.
A nice steak rounded off the evening around the campfire.

Sunday 5th August
I may or may not have made a little extra noise before dawn making my wake up coffee …and my breakfast coffee … and my road coffee but we were packed up and headed north in short order.
The road was pretty damn good up to the Carson River but it got a bit rough from there.
It was eerily quiet going through Kalumburu township as we only saw one single person.
We drove out to the WWII plane crash for a look.

We dropped in to Longini Landing which was only a boat ramp but it had a resident croc watching me as I walked towards the water.
We then headed out to the Pago Ruins.
