Heading towards Warburton i stopped in at the Redwood Forest ... back when i lived near here we used to head out there to pick mushrooms but it was just an unknown plantation then.

House I used to live in at East Warburton.



School i went to when it was East Warburton State School and only had the building on the left.



My Nan and Pops house we lived in at East Warby



My Gran and Grandpa's house in Warburton



I lived above the Gainsborogh Cafe when i first left home, didnt take long to get kicked out.

I then drove up to the top of Mt Donna Buang









On the way back down i stopped at the Rainforest Gallery

I then drove down to Millgrove where i spent my teenage years.

Next up i drove down to Tidal River, the furthest South i can drive.















Then i headed to a free camp at Turtons Falls in the forest not that far away, only about 40 kms .... i followed the GPS route to get there ... what a mission, mud, quarry walls, undriven forestry gaps and rough tracks in the dark to finally get there several hours later.

I took the walk up to the falls after it stopped raining

Saw some info so thought i'd take a drive out to have a look at the worlds tallest tree only to find it had been cut down .....
in 1884 !!

I made my way over to Toorongo Falls for a look

I drove over to Noojee and had a look around the park.
