Waterfall Way 19-12-21

I headed up to Point Lookout.













another lookout.

I drove over to Beech Lookout.



then tried a short cut but a swamp with a tree down in it soon put a stop to that so i had to back track to get back to the highway.

I drove up to the Wollomombi Falls Area and checked out the main viewing area



then walked further on and out on to a pinnacle past Checks Viewpoint for a different view.



I walked out to Eagle lookout for a look down the valley.



I walked on past Wollomombi falls as the light was crap and grabbed a couple of pics of the falls you saw in the distance earlier, Chandlers Falls.





Looking back towards the Main Lookout.



I walked back to Wollomombi Falls Lookout.







I had a swim above the falls at the Crossing then headed back to the car





I drove over to Edgars Lookout.



then i hit the road again.

I dropped in to Bakers Creek Falls but was shooting directly into the sun.
My knees have given up the ghost after over 20 kms of walking today … first 8 was fine but then the right knee went , 2 kms later the left knee went and by the time i got back from the Chandler Falls lookout i was in a world of pain and it was not fun anymore … think i may have overdone it a bit so i’ll have to finish off the Waterfall Way sights another time and hit the road south .
