Beadlocks

Post by Big Red »

I picked up a set of custom made "Design Fab Industries" beadlocks to suit 15" rims and a set of Chrome Toyota 15x7 60 series rims with a Neg 20 offset, both these items are very heavy duty construction so I should have a hard time bending these ones!

After removing the tyres I checked the base rings would fit and took them to Wizard Performance so Brent could weld them on for me, its very important to get these welded properly so you don't get leaks and more importantly so they don't break off.

I smoothed off the outer rings and hit them with some Etch Primer.

Brent welded them up brilliantly leaving very little grinding for me to do.

I hit em with the grinder and a sanding disc then masking taped the chrome behind the rings before I etch primed inside and out of the rings.
